Petzl Sirocco

The Petzl Sirocco is the lightest climbing helmet currently available with a weight of 160g (S/M) and 170g (M/L). The Sirocco is made from expanded polypropylene (EPP) which has fantastic impact resistance irrespective of its weight and is commonly used for safety items such as car bumpers, this is combnied with a rigid crown injected with EPS (expanded polystyrene) foam. This head-covering design provides optimal protection against lateral, front and rear impact. There is also a fantastic magnetic buckle which can be used with one hand as well as other neat details like excellent ventilation and attachment points for a vizion visor and headlamp.
